Lake’s Edge Condominiums Governing Documents

The Lake’s Edge Board of Directors meets every last Tuesday of the month at 6:00PM via Zoom. All HOA members and residents are welcome to attend. Time will be set aside at the end of the meeting for resident questions.  Please check your e-mail prior to the meeting for the agenda and Zoom information. If you cannot attend via Zoom or if you do not receive an e-mail prior to the next meeting, please notify the board via Alpha or click here.

According to LEC Bylaws: “All Regular Board meetings shall be open to all members. Regular Board meetings may be held at such date, time and location as determined by a majority of the Board. The date, time and location of Regular Board meetings shall be posted on the Condominium website (if one exists) or periodic publication and either of those postings will serve as notice to the members.” (This website and the associated publication, The Urban Heron, are volunteer-maintained and paid-for efforts—provided free to the Lake’s Edge neighborhood because we like you.)

In addition, to give the LEC HOA Board the time necessary to digest our community’s agenda: “Notice of Regular Board meetings shall be given to each member of the Board personally or by ordinary mail, postage prepaid telephone or e-mail and shall be transmitted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Notice of Special Board meetings shall be given to each member of the Board personally or by ordinary mail, postage prepaid telephone or e-mail and shall be transmitted at least 36 hours prior to the meeting.”
