At The Urban Heron, we understand how important it is for all Lake’s Edge Condominiums residents to have their concerns addressed, especially when it comes to property maintenance.

While Alpha Association Management handles the bulk of these issues, we know there are times when additional attention may be needed.

There are two halves to every beak.

We have created a form that’s designed to strengthen communication between residents and the board. If you’ve already contacted Alpha Association Management about a maintenance issue but feel that further action is necessary, this is your space to let us know.

How It Works:

  • Submit Your Concern: Use the form here to let us know about any unresolved maintenance issues.

  • Board Review: We will review your feedback and follow up during each monthly Lake’s Edge HOA Board meeting with Alpha Association Management to ensure they’re aware of the issue.

  • Communication & Advocacy: While we don’t have direct control over the speed of Alpha's responses, we will keep advocating on your behalf and pushing for timely updates. There is no such thing as free labor, or so we’re told. We pay Alpha. Let’s make sure they’re using our money correctly.

We understand the frustration of waiting for results, and while we can’t always guarantee immediate resolutions, we’re here to make sure your voice is heard and that no issue slips through the cracks.

Lake’s Edge Condominiums Meeting Information

According to LEC Bylaws: “All Regular Board meetings shall be open to all members. Regular Board meetings may be held at such date, time and location as determined by a majority of the Board. The date, time and location of Regular Board meetings shall be posted on the Condominium website (if one exists)* or periodic publication and either of those postings will serve as notice to the members.”

In addition, to give the LEC HOA Board the time necessary to digest our community’s agenda: “Notice of Regular Board meetings shall be given to each member of the Board personally or by ordinary mail, postage prepaid telephone or e-mail and shall be transmitted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Notice of Special Board meetings shall be given to each member of the Board personally or by ordinary mail, postage prepaid telephone or e-mail and shall be transmitted at least 36 hours prior to the meeting.”
